About Me.
In 2019 I decided to experiment. I was running an Employee Experience Design Firm and we decided to go fully remote to "see what would happen"... the rest of course is history.
I always was (and will always be) one of the 'People' people, helping companies get exceptional results from their people and helping people have an awesome experience at work.

The Story (abridged)
Where it all started
A really awful job and a Google Search
My first job sucked! It was an awful place to work and I could not believe that this was 'the world of work'. I knew there had to be a better way. Fast forward a few years and whilst writing a blog post I Googled 'My Job Makes Me"...the autocomplete prompts stopped me in my tracks. (Go ahead, open up a new tab and see for yourself.) My loftiest ambition is to change these prompts to something positive.
What guides me
I fundamentally believe...
1. I believe that the headspace and the heart space of human beings is the most untapped natural asset on the planet.
2. I believe work shouldn't suck
3. I believe life is too short to resent the reason you have to get out of bed in the morning.
The Work
